Merry Christmas from the Barnstables!

Christmas Greetings!
I will let you ponder as to what we might be looking at!!! Since I saw most of you during the summer, I will give you a brief summary of our fall.
I have been healthy! PTL ! I have not missed a day of work this fall, so I am so thankful for this. Good health is truly a blessing! Barry is continuing to work at the Shand Power Station here in Estevan. He wishes we had more snow. What's new!
Devin and STacy live a few blocks away from us. They both teach at the same neighbourhood school, Devin in Grade 6 and STacy in Grade 3/4. Stacy's job is temporary so she will be finished it at the end of March. They can walk to work, as it's just a few blocks. How convenient is that! They are off to Cuba for New Year's.
Stephanie just graduated from nursing this past weekend. Hurray!! She will be starting to work at the City Hospital in Saskatoon on Jan. 14th on a Post Op. Ward. She still enjoys curling each week, and recently celebrated her graduation with a trip to B.C. to visit friends.
Branden is back into the world of studying. He is living in Saskatoon and going to university, taking commerce classes. He loves to play hockey, watch hockey, enlighten us with hockey statistics........ He also has been playing volleyball on a weekly basis with his cousin, Brianna.
My mom and dad have moved back into Estevan into their suite. They have been busy going to Christmas programs, etc. recently, so they are 'holding their own!' Gayle and James are enjoying retirement it seems, and Doug and Marcia are liking being grandparents.
We will all be together (26 adults and a baby) at my house for Christmas Day this year. It should be quite crazy!! Trevor has resurrected our homemade ice cream challenge (we seem to be always into a competition or two!!!)
Hope this finds you all well, and blogging regularly. I have really enjoyed the Christmas letters and pics posted so far.
May you experience the peace of Christmas as you celebrate with your family, Heather
