Hi from the Colorado branch of the Snider's!
Just want to share some of the fun we've had visiting family. As most of you know Alice and Len, Elda, and Esther came to Evans and we all rented a van along with Cecil and Mary Ann (Paul's brother and sister-in-law) and took a trip to Shipshawana, Indiana. We visited an Amish colony including a guided tour, a meal in an Amish home, riding an Amish buggy, touring Meno-hof museum learning about the Anabaptist movement which included Hutterites, Mennonites, and the Amish. We saw about seven quilt pattern flower gardens. We also attended a blue-grass concert, toured a giant flea market, and antique shops and had a great time.
Also on the way, after many miles of sitting in the car, we stopped to visit with Len's relatives in Genosea, Illinois (see the girls and the corn field). Touring on our own we were all so impressed seeing a clothesline with washing on the line! We all had a great time with many memories shared!

It looked like a great time! I am sure there were many laughs. Now we all want to go and see the sights.
