Friday, July 13th
4:00-6:00 Registration at "The Landing" (follow the signs - it's a separate building on Centre St.)
Please pay the rest of the fees when you arrive so that we can be finished with the
bookkeeping quickly and be able to enjoy the rest of the reunion. You will
receive an envelope with your nametags, cookbook, room assignment, etc.
Settle in!

6:00 - 7:00 Sizzlin' Summer Outdoor Barbeque (in the courtyard)
Stick around for announcements and our first Door Prize Winners!

7:00-9:00 Get acquainted, re-acquainted with Everyone - Donnie has some great ideas!

9:00-11:00 Campfire - Singsong, Marshmallow roast....... with the singin' Ashbees!
'After Dark' games for those who dare!

Saturday, July 14th
8:00-9:00 a.m. Breakfast Extravaganza - Bacon, eggs, hash browns, pancakes, muffins, fruit....
(in the Dining Hall) Rise and shine because you could be the next prize winner

9:30 - 10:00 Kids' Games with Graham and April. Everyone needs to come cheer them on!
(outside in the courtyard) Prizes!

10:00 - 10:30 Team-Building Project - this is for all ages and will highlight the creative talent
and builders in the family (in the courtyard)You won't want to miss it!

11:00 - 11:30ish Family Pictures - (in the gym for the large group photo) Ben Gustafson in
charge - stay alert for his instructions!

12:00-1:00 Lunch in the Dining Room - Cold Plate Dinner (More prizes to be given out!)

1:30-3:00 Ballgame - Team Mary vs. Team Fred
Games in the gym - volleyball, basketball, etc.

3:30 - 4:00 Chocolate Chip Cookie Contest (in the Green Room) You'll want to have a taste!

4:00 - 6:00 Visiting,- look at pictures, test the snacks, take a break...........relax or play some
sports outdoors or in the gym, table tennis, table games, sleep?.....

6:00 -7:00 Roast Turkey Supper in the Dining Room. More prizes to be given out! Thanks James
and Donnie!

7:30 Talent Show - Who will wow us with their unknown talent? (in the Green Room)

9:30 - 11:00 Bonfire, Campfire Games, ....More Food!

10:00 Fireworks - by our pyromaniac Trevor - It should be a blast! Practice your oohs and aahs!

Sunday, July 13th
8:00-9:00 Breakfast - Fruit, muffins, croissants, cereal, etc. in the Dining Room

9:00 Choir Practice - for all those willing to sing in the Sunday Choir (in the Well)

10:00 Church Service - Great time of singing with our very own choir (directed by Heather Saip)

12:00 Noon Lunch - Grilled chicken pieces, oven roast potatoes, salads and much more

1:00 - 2:00 Pack, and clean up of dorms

2:00 - 5:00 Visit Scenic Moose Jaw - Visit the underground tunnels of Moose Jaw. See www.tunnelsofmoosejaw.com for details on prices, etc. There are 2 fifty minute tours if you are interested.
Swimming - Outdoor pool, spray pool, etc. at Crescent Park
Other possibilities - Western Development Museum, airforce base, spa, shopping,
etc. or simply relax in the Park
