It has been awhile since anyone has posted on here, but I trust you are still checking it regularly. Well, it's less than 2 months until reunion time! I hope you can feel the excitement mounting! Thank you to all who sent in your reunion fees. There are a few of you that have not confirmed if you would like a full quad room or a half quad, so please let us know if you are not sure what you have or want. Also, I am trusting everyone will be able to make it to Caronport by the Friday supper for the barbeque, so please let me know if you won't be there by then or you will be charged needlessly. Do you need bedding? I am not sure about everyone's wishes about that either. If you have pictures to share from other reunions, I hope you will bring them along. I will send you a reminder in June about things to bring.
I was sorry to hear of Auntie Elsie's passing, but I guess she has lived a long life and her time on this earth was finished. I would like to say thank you to all the family members who helped look after her in the last years. Your love and care will someday be rewarded I'm sure.
I would love to hear memories of her from those who would be willing to share. I have often heard what a good cook she was.
On a personal note, I would appreciate your prayers, as I will be entering the hospital tomorrow morning for a bowel resection surgery. Hopefully, this will take care of all the problems I have been experiencing over the past year. I have every intention to be at the reunion healthy and strong! I think it is wonderful to belong to a praying family and I will be praying for each of you, that God will keep you strong and well so that we can all meet together in July.
